We offer a variety of Fitness classes for all activity levels so you can find the perfect fitness class for you. From popular classes like Zumba® and POUND® to high-energy classes like Cycle Blast and Kickboxing, our diverse offering ensures that there’s something for everyone.

Our fitness programs provide a diverse range of workout options to help members achieve their health goals. With our mobile app, members can easily register for classes or reserve time in the fitness center, making it even more convenient to stay fit and healthy. 

Buddha Hand Kung Fu

Tuesday 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM
Thursday 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM

Students will learn breathing exercises and meditation. They will also learn self-defense techniques, Hey Gung, Chi Sao, Wing Chun Forms, and Kicking/Punching Exercises. Ages 16 and over.

Cardio Hip Hop

Sunday 12 PM – 12:50 PM

A fun and effective dance fitness class using hip hop steps and music that will burn calories, build muscle tone, and increase your energy levels. Ages 16 and up.

Cycle Blast

Monday 6 PM – 7 PM
Saturday 10 AM – 11 AM

A high impact experience on and off the bike that pushes you passed your limits, not only through resistance and speed, but also by incorporating upper body exercises, weights, and core work.

Dance & Tone

Tuesday 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

This class focuses on cardiovascular exercise with easy-to-follow choreography using current, upbeat music to keep moving. The goal is to raise the heart rate, tone the body, and have fun!  Light dumbbells are incorporated to the routines. Mid-level Intensity.

Kickboxing

Monday & Wednsday 7 PM – 8 PM
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM
Friday 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

In Parnership with FitCulture, Cardio-kickboxing sessions are designed to train not only your entire body, but your mind as well. Our instructors will teach you proper striking technique as well as push you to break through your mental limits with a heart pumping workout. Incorporating bodyweight and kettlebell movements, these Kickboxing workouts will challenge every aspect of your body, increasing cardio, coordination, power, endurance, and overall health & fitness. Participants must be 18 or older to take the class.

LaBlast®

Monday 11:15 AM – 12:15 AM

Sunday 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

This energizing dance fitness program blends the true skill of ballroom dance with the calorie blasting properties of interval training, weight training, and plyometrics. Carefully curated playlists, using music from all genres and eras, keep participants engaged and entertained. Challenging enough for a professional dancer or provide the absolute beginner a fun workout.

LaBlast® Splash

Wednesday 12:15 PM – 1 PM

Low impact cardio building, joint friendly and fun water fitness class that celebrates the beauty of true dance in the water! Learn the Disco, Jive, Viennese Waltz, Lindy Hop, and more through whole body movement both in and above the water. The easy-to-learn patterns and music selections from all genres and eras welcome any age and fitness level. Ready to break from traditional aquatic disciplines? Make a Splash!

Pilates

Tuesday 8 PM – 8:50 PM
Sunday 11 AM – 11:50 AM

This mat-based class improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.

POUND®

Monday 7:15 PM – 8 PM
(Unplugged) Friday 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM

This exhilarating full-body workout combines music with cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!

Spin

Wednesday 6 PM – 7 PM
Thursday 7:15 PM – 8 PM
Friday 9:15 AM – 10 AM

Take a ride indoors as an instructor guides the class on a journey that will get your heart pumping and challenge you to give a little more. The focus is on proper cycle technique, body alignment, and cardio drills.

Strength Training

Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM – 7 PM
Saturday 9 AM – 10 AM

In Parnership with FitCulture, Each high intensity session combines calisthenics with banded and weighted resistance training, to increase strength, mobility, endurance and overall health and fitness. Participants will be challenged with a variety of movements and loads; learn new exercises that you will be able to use at home; understand how to move and train with proper form and appropriate intensity. Participants must be 18 or older to take the class.

Stretch, Flex & Tone

Tuesday 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Tuesday 11:45 Am – 12:45 PM

A seated class that focuses on increasing muscular endurance, flexibility, and toning the body. The joints and muscles are warmed up first, then work on hamstrings, obliques, hip-flexors and hips, glutes, core, back, shoulders, and arms using rhythmic, low-impact exercises. It’s all done to happy “oldies” music using the brain with fun coordination exercises.

Tai Chi

Tuesday 1 PM – 2 PM
Saturday 9:45 AM – 10:45 AM

This low-impact, whole-body, ancient Chinese exercise includes Qi Gong (energy nurturing) practices to further promote internal health and an overall sense of wellbeing. Tai Chi is described as “moving meditation” because it stimulates the mind, body and spirit. Its long-term benefits include improved balance, flexibility, stamina, and posture, and a sharpened mind. You feel stronger and more energized. This class is excellent for beginners, early-stage, and mid-level students regardless of age or fitness level.

Total Body Workout

Saturday 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

This cardio workout class incorporates low impact aerobics, strength training with light weights, toning using resistance bands, and core building exercises utilizing a mat.

Zumba

Wednesday 10 AM – 11 AM
Friday 7 PM – 8 PM

Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility to Latin and World rhythms.
