Recovery Zone at Il Centro!
Join us at FIAO Il Centro on Monday, April 20th from 6 to 7pm for an exclusive Workshop led by Dr. Marcello Sarrica, DPT and Recovery Zone Staff. They will educate participants about the benefits of mobility, recovery, and overall wellness. It will include dynamic stretching, techniques for lower and upper body muscle release, and Q&A. Light refreshments will be served.
