Each week, Dr. Estelle Miller, LCSW will discuss a topic related to the overall issue of achieving good mental health during difficult times.
The emphasis will be on resilience and strength as we all seek an environment that offers optimism and positivity. Each topic will include a brief discussion and a sampling of coping skills that can be utilized by anyone.
